If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
1. Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse will not be accepted

Sale, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable
2. Return Shipping Costs:

Warsaw Poland: return shipping costs are covered by RHEVENISH

All other regions: return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
3. Return Process:
To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or product), please contact us and we will help you manage the exchange quickly and easily, subject to stock availability.
